Anne-Marie Baezner and Aurélie Jouve Named Women of the Year 2023 by WoMen and Vehicles in Europe
Anne-Marie Baezner, director of the Lyon Motor Show, and Aurélie Jouve, director of the Equip Auto show, have been elected Women of the Year 2023 by the WoMen and Vehicles in Europe (Wave) association. This prestigious distinction recognizes their organization of two magnificent automotive events that took place in perfect harmony, both in terms of location and timing – the Lyon Motor Show and Equip Auto, held at the end of September. Florence Lagarde, a member of the Women of the Year jury and vice-president of Wave, highlights the significance of these events.

The Wave Employment Meetings
Anne-Marie Baezner and Aurélie Jouve will receive the Women of the Year award on November 7, 2023, during the annual Wave meetings at the Pavillon Royal du Bois de Boulogne in Paris. The award will be presented by Anne Abboud, the 2022 Woman of the Year and former director of Stellantis & You, Sales & Services.
The award ceremony will conclude a day dedicated to women’s employment in the automotive sector. This annual gathering facilitates connections between human resources representatives from automotive groups (manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, service companies) and candidates seeking employment in the industry.
